Job Description:

activities for all age groups to include assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation. Monitors and coordinates patient
care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care
and comfort. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and

- Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional
nursing program. - Licensure: Is personally responsible for
obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring
state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are
performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. -
Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the
American Heart Association or successful completion of course
within 30 days of hire. - Physical requirements/demands: - Position
requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a
regular basis - Position requires prolonged standing and walking
each shift - Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend,
kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties Unit Information: 3D is a
Med-surg Telemetry unit which focuses on adult medical patients
that require telemetry monitoring. Join our Innovation Unit (IU),
which will be a “testing ground” for new innovative/optimization
ideas to solve current and future nursing challenges &
opportunities using quick PDSA cycles for improvement. All projects
will reside under our four ministry wide nursing strategies for
improvement. Here you will develop excellent critical thinking and
assessment skills as well as use a wide variety of clinical skills.
