Our office is the perfect location to provide clinical care to our community. Schedule: Mon.-Fri., Full-Time, DayHours: 8am - 5pm (Off Weekends and Holidays) As an Register Nurse you will have the opportunity to provide care to patients under the direction of a physician, functioning within your scope of license. Utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills you would be primarily responsible for basic patient care, triage procedures, charting, and medication orders. You Will:Responsibilities:
--- Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
--- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
--- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
--- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
--- Required Credential(s):
- Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing .
Education:
--- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Work Experience:RN preferred Experience 2-3 yearsCase Management experience preferred
