Job Description Pink House Alchemy in Fayetteville, AR is looking for friendly, hard-working and fun individuals to join our team as a retail and sales associate. This position is part-time, with opportunity for growth within the company. Weekend availability is a must. Pink House Alchemy is a local, farm-to-bottle simple syrup company with a strong following throughout Northwest Arkansas and beyond. A great deal of our notoriety stems from the pride we take in our products as well as our incredible staff. We hope that YOU will join us in bringing sugar to the people Our ideal candidate is: Enthusiastic & upbeat Highly organized and professional Detail oriented Engaging and charismatic Ambitious and motivated Experience Qualifications Deeply understands and loves the Pink House Alchemy customer and brand Builds relationships naturally - embraces individuality and diversity Engages with social media across multiple platforms Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Eager to develop new skills and is responsive to feedback Ability to learn and retain product & company knowledge Understands event coordination needs 21 years old Experience in food and beverage industry (preferred) Experience in sales or customer service industry (at least 1 year experience required) Reliable transportation (ambassadors may be asked to travel within the NWA area) Roles Responsibilities Initiate conversations with potential customers in an authentic, personalized way Assist customers in our store by making beverages or selling products Conduct scheduled tastings and demonstrations Adhere to a provided weekly schedule Meet with potential customers to provide samples and product information or catalogues Participate and assist with a variety of Pink House events Report directly to supervisors on a weekly basis Maintain a first-rate rapport with potential buyers Consistently and effectively meet goals set forth by supervisors
