Job Description:

As the Production Manager, you will direct plant personnel on 3rd shift. You will train and support personnel to meet business demands. Partner with Sanitation, Production and Maintenance Leads on personnel issues, hiring, training, evaluations, and corrective counseling. You will report to the Operations Manager and work on-site at the Fayetteville manufacturing plant.You Will:Responsible for food safety and quality.Manage all 3rd shift teams including Sanitation, Production, and Maintenance.Assure compliance of all regulations and corporate policies.Promote continuous improvement in processes to improve safety, cost effectiveness, and product quality.Share metrics with supervisors to promote continuous improvement.You Have:Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience in related role.Experience in food industry.Experience with Sanitation practices.Physical RequirementsWhile performing the tasks of this job, you are required to talk and hear. You are frequently required to stand and walk. You are occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. You must occasionally lift and move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
