SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES
The Human Resources Assistant will assist the RazorTemps program with recruiting individuals for various positions throughout the University of Arkansas. The HR Assistant will be responsible for:
* Developing recruitment material
* Scheduling program overviews
* Distributing information to potential candidates
* Completing new-hire paperwork for RazorTemps
* Assisting individuals with applications
* Promoting the RazorTemps programs on campus
* Other duties as assigned

* The educational equivalent of a high school diploma
* At least one year of customer service experience

* Three years of human resources related experience
* Previous marketing experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAS)
* Ability to prepare, present, and review oral and written information and documents.
* Ability to communicate with a diverse group of employees.
* Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
* Ability to work in a technological environment demonstrating proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
