WHAT YOU’LL DO Producing high-quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures is where you strive. You consistently produce error-free work based on defined ISO procedures, work instructions, and standards—as these are key measures of job performance success. • Accurately pull and package materials for delivery to shipping, assembly, and manufacturing • Adhere to all packaging requirements • Operate a forklift and order picker at heights up to 35' • Stock merchandise and place it into proper storage locations • Housekeep and maintain a safe work environment • Assist in prioritizing incoming and outgoing material • Responsible for inventory control and Kanban level accuracy • Lift and move heavy objects • Communicate to the crew leader or supervisor any problems • Perform other duties as assigned by the crew leader or supervisor YOUR EXPERIENCES & SKILLS • Formally trained in the principles and methodology of Lean Enterprise.
