Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Associate Job Description As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery. You will load raw materials into the production line and ensure the machine's smooth operation by visually inspecting materials during processing. Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery efficiently. Load raw material into the production line. Visually inspect material as it is being processed. Report any issues to the team lead promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality standards are met. Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure optimal performance. Essential Skills Experience with machine operation and mechanical assembly. Ability to load machines and perform inspections. Mechanically inclined with a good understanding of production processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift experience is a plus. Experience with clamp trucks is advantageous. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
