What you will do:Our Behavior Analysts work as valued members of our teams to provide high quality ABA therapy, assessment, consultation and supervision services for our clients, as well as ongoing support and supervision for their team members and the families they serve. As a BCBA at AIM Clinics, you will: Conduct assessments across multiple learning domains such as language, academics, social skills, and functional life skills Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on assessment results Conduct functional assessments of problem behavior and develop behavior intervention plans as needed Design and implement data collection procedures and make data-based decisions to update treatment plans as needed Supervise and train clinical staff in Verbal Behavior and ABA techniques Provide training and instruction to parents on behavioral strategies and implementing ABA teaching methods in the home Perform fidelity checks and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians What experience you will need: Credentialed with Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Familiarity with a variety of assessment types including the ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP assessments Experience creating individualized treatment plans with an emphasis on skill acquisition Experience analyzing problem behavior and creating individualized intervention plans to reduce problem behavior Ability to work 1:1 with children and young adults by applying and implementing behavior analytical techniques across a variety of settings including home-based, clinical-based, and school-based environments What will make you successful: Innate passion for changing kids' lives and focus on quality of care Curiosity and genuine interest in the field of ABA and willingness to learn new teaching methods and approaches Desire for continuous self-improvement and the ability to take advantage of AIM Clinics' unparallelled professional development resources Ability to be a strong leader of case teams and a patient mentor of RBTs and other colleagues Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to take initiative and help build clinical processes Compensation and Benefits: Very competitive base salary and performance-based bonus Company sponsored health insurance plan Retirement plan with company matching Unlimited PTO 16 weeks of paid family leave Sponsored professional development opportunities And much more!
