Job Description Do you want to be part of a new and exciting Technology-focused sales team? True Network Solutions is looking for a passionate Sales leader for our in-store Tech Services program. Part tech guru, part sales our team builds trust, provides tech solutions, and makes sure our customers have a great shopping experience! True Network Solutions is looking for a dynamic, experienced Sales Captain to manage our in-store tech sales prodigies. The Sales Captain will be responsible for managing and developing their sales team to drive company revenue. This exciting position is located in select Walmart stores. Responsibilities In-Store Sales

  • Selling both add-on and stand-alone services such as tech support plans, setup services, and more, to our customers Sales Leadership
    • Oversee and coordinate sales team efforts
    • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement for team sales
    • Motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
    • Execute developed sales strategies
    • Build relationships with Walmart Store Management and customers Tech Advice
      • Assist customers in the store with tech-related questions In-Store Marketing Participate in scheduled store events such as promotional marketing, canvassing, and customer training sessions The Ideal Candidate for this Position
        • Enjoys interacting and connecting with customers
        • Exudes confidence, communicates effectively, and is an active listener
        • Has a positive attitude and is motivated to achieve sales targets
        • Is Tech savvy and always looking to learn more
        • Excels at managing time, multitasking, and prioritizing
          • Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
          • Has strong leadership qualities
          • Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or similar fields
          • Able to build rapport with clients Things that will make you stand out
            • Management / sales lead experience
            • Experience working with phone hardware, such as replacing cell phone screens
            • Basic experience with troubleshooting smart home products such as Google Home, smart doorbells, etc.
            • Bilingual English/Spanish Compensation
              • Hourly, Full-time position
              • Based on experience
              • 3% commission on all True Network Solutions Product sales, increasing to 10% when sales reach more than $500 p/w
              • Additional commission of 3% of all True Network Solutions Product sales generated by your sales team Benefits
