• NWA [Heavy Equipment Operator / Loader Operator] As a Heavy Equipment Operator at CRH, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in road, site or highway construction and paving. Your key responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating heavy equipment such as cranes, excavators, and bulldozers to construct and maintain roads, highways, and other infrastructure projects.
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of equipment to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with the Foreman and other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.Requirements:
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
    • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
    • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
