SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES
The Test Center Support is responsible for coordinating office
activities, researching and preparing special reports, and
developing, revising, and recommending administrative policies and
procedures as directed by supervisor. Other related duties as
assigned by their supervisor and/or director.

* The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
* At least one year of specialized training in business management,
business education, or a related field
* At least three years of experience in specialized or a related
field applicable to work performed

* At least two years of experience working in a higher education
* At least one year experience in a supervisory or leadership
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAS)
* Knowledge of the principles and practices of mathematics and

* Knowledge of computers and software applications
* Intermediate skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and database
management using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access

* Ability to develop, recommend, interpret, and apply policies and

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS POSITION
