We are a full-service HVAC company that provides Service, Installation, Maintenance, etc. in a wide range of equipment in both the Residential and Commercial fields. We are growing at an unprecedented rate and have a need for an additional service technician. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2years of service experience. Responsibilities: Troubleshooting & preventative maintenance skills on all types of Residential and Commercial equipment Diagnosis of electronic, electrical, mechanical systems on HVAC equipment Maintain proper inventory of parts, tools, and other company provided equipment Use appropriate safety equipment Obtain information for replacement parts Excellent customer service skills a must!!! Resolving technical issues, customer complaints and concerns, etc. Able to work in a team environment, able to accept constructive criticism for professional growth Perform High Quality work with Honesty, Integrity, and Professionalism while following all company Values and Procedures Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience EPA Refrigerant Certification Verifiable work experience Demonstratable analytical skills Good communication skills Ability to lift 75lbs, climb, crawl, bend, reach work above head, etc. Able to pass drug and background checks as well as have a clean driving record Benefits: Competitive pay Paid time off Bonuses Medical plan Air of the Ozarks is an equal opportunity employer and a drug free work place.
