SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES
The Project Designer/Architect will oversee and execute urban
design and planning projects including project publication-ready
drawings, models, and reports working in such programs as InDesign,
Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Rhino, Revit and SketchUp. This
position must be able to combine design with research.

* Bachelor s degree in architecture or equivalent from an
accredited institution of higher education
* Strong design/planning and representational skills as evidenced
* Accomplishment in 3-D imaging software programs

* Master s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution of
* Architectural Registration/Licensure
* At least three years of experience in award-winning,
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAS)
* Demonstrated knowledge of design/planning and representational
* Design/planning and representation skills
* Demonstrated skills using programs including InDesign, Lumion,
Photoshop, Illustrator, Rhino, Revit and SketchUp
* Ability to combine design with research
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS POSITION
The following physical activities are associated with the position
