based at our National Center office located in Dallas, TX!This
position will work in a hybrid setting (in office 2 to 3 days a
week), if within the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. The position
expects travel to the National Center office necessary, if not
currently located within the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.The

today!ResponsibilitiesThis individual will help develop new
products and programs that supports continued growth and
profitability. They will discover, develop and evaluate new product
or program ideas, improvements or strategic extensions to existing
products/programs, and translate research discoveries into usable
and marketable products/programs. You will lead, plan and track all
phases of the life cycle, from inception to introduction into the
marketplace, working in collaboration with other teams (e.g.,
Development, Marketing, Sales/Fundraising) to ensure successful
development and implementation. They will also operate as an
internal consultant, advising and collaborating with other
organizations on their new product and program ideas.Senior-level
professional responsible for supporting revenue growth through
product/program development and/or enhancementsServes as a trusted
advisor to business leaders on industry and market trends,
assessing strategic business opportunities and go-to-market
plansResearch and monitors business intelligence resources to
maintain an overall understanding of the environment facing
American Heart Association and to find opportunities and
challenges. Conducts environmental scans, organization positioning
analyses, and other studies, maintaining subject matter expertise
in strategically relevant Association markets (e.g., health care
implementation, technology-driven research and diagnosis,
scientific/medical guideline derivative products, digital health,
research business models). Operates with a design-thinking
mentalityDevelops product/program business plans & monitors
achievement of objectives and impact of external/internal factors;
evaluates performance against goals; leads projects to completion,
working with internal leaders and involving external subject matter
authorities, as neededSupports the development and utilization of
Association intellectual property assets (e.g., products, services,
digital media/communications) to support the organization's
mission, including available content for various markets.
Facilitates the development and linking of business processes to
handle content to meet market demandIdentifies, investigates,
evaluates, and negotiates collaborative development agreements,
licensing opportunities, and strategic business alliances with 3 rd
parties that align with the organization's long-range
goalsQualificationsRequires advanced knowledge of the job area
typically acquired through advanced education combined with
experience. May have practical project management.Requires ability
and experience in communicating with senior executives and
volunteersFive (5) years of proven work experiencePreferred
Experience:MBA preferredKnowledge and experience in Technology and
Health Sciences domains preferredProven business analytics and
