They were also recently inducted into the American Academy of Arts and Letters (founded in 1898). -POSITION SUMMARYWe seek talented and enthusiastic candidates for a -Project Architect -position who exhibit a willingness and initiative to contribute to the growth and success of the -firm.Project Architects are integrally involved in the conceptualization and resolution of projects. You will work collaboratively with project teams to develop design studies, lead presentations, and prepare construction documents while also serving as the primary point of contact for consultants and contractors. - The role requires exceptional organizational, collaboration, and communication skills and a desire to lead project team members with words and actions. - An exacting eye for quality and deep investment in the logistics and details of a project will be required on a daily basis. -RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the development of complex and multi-faceted projects - locally, nationally, and internationally
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to lead design efforts of the internal team and project consultants while monitoring and contributing to the development of project deliverables
• Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments and tasks, establishing priorities for project development and resolving key questions and challenges
• Participate in activities that strengthen the studio and the firms' commitment to design excellence -QUALIFICATIONS
  • Contemporary and creative design sensibility with strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional leadership skills and ability to generate buy-in from clients and project teams
  • Excellent analytical capacity and ability to generate and apply research to specific issues and project or program requirements
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical project development, detailing, building codes, and systems
  • Exceptional graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience in all phases of the design process, including Construction Administration
  • Strong hand and technical skills, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and 3D modeling (experience developing construction documents in Revit - required)
  • Must demonstrate robust work ethic and be resourceful and proactive
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Collaboration and teamwork are essential
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to design excellence -REQUIREMENTS
    • Professional Degree in Architecture
    • Six (6) to Ten (10) years of experience
