Job Description:

Come join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor! You will oversee warehouse activities for incoming/outgoing shipments and a smooth flow of raw materials to the production lines. Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Manage workers engaged in lifting, transporting and loading materials for shipment or storage. Oversee the processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. Schedule work for special and periodic inventories. You will create work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow. You will work on-site at the Fayetteville manufacturing facility on 2nd shift. You will report to the Warehouse Manager.What Impact Will You Have On Our Business? Coordinate warehousing operations and production needs.Maintain loading, unloading, and scheduling of product or ingredients to meet plant and corporate goals.Oversee shipping and receiving operations to provide efficient handling of raw materials and customer orders.Periodically audit inventory for accuracy and obsolete product.Enforce the plant's safety programMonitor warehousing area and employees to eliminate work hazards and unsafe acts.Monitor equipment, submit work orders for repairs, and recommend changes for safe operation.Train, motivate, and monitor performance of warehousing employees. Recognize good performance and take corrective action when needed.Manage plans to reduce cost through labor controls, damage reduction, implementation of new methods and tools to improve productivity.Do You Have What It Takes?

You will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot too cold in temperature.
