hour + $1,500 sign-on bonus potential Requirements:
Maintenance Technician responsibilities: Perform preventive
maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair commercial properties. Tasks
include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general
maintenance. Utilize lifts and ladders for tasks, complete
paperwork accurately, and maintain the cleanliness of facilities.
Physical demands of this position include lifting 50 pounds and
