Job SummaryAs an Asphalt Roller Operator at CRH, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of road surfaces by compacting asphalt using hand rollers and power rollers. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

Push hand rollers and pound surfaces using hand tamps or guide portable power rollers over areas inaccessible to road rollers.
Operate levers, depress pedals, turn hand wheels, and push throttles to control and guide machines.
Drive machines in successive overlapping passes over surfaces to be compacted, ensuring even compaction and preventing defects.Requirements
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
