If you're interested, hit apply and let's chat! As a part of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining a book of priority accounts. This role will focus on developing strategies to acquire new business, to build meaningful client relationships, and to grow accounts. We are looking for proactive self-starters, who can work cross-functionally to ensure client success, promote client retention, and deliver against financial targets. This role is ideal for an individual who can effectively engage an audience, likes chasing opportunities, and is motivated to close deals.This is a quota-carrying, salaried position that includes a commission structure..

RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop strategies and growth plans for list of priority accountsLearn our products inside and out and help client drive results using these productsBuild or maintain meaningful relationships with clients, client segments and accountsMaximize revenue potential, deliver on sales goals and strategic objectivesWork cross-functionally to expand accounts, deliver with excellence, and support client satisfactionServe as a subject matter exert for Marketplace products and chief client consultantEffectively manage pipeline (document all project activity, client interactions and revenue opportunities)Represent voice of client to internal teams (product development, marketing, leadership)QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS: Limited or no experience required, but prior experience in sales or account leadership preferredTrack record of high achievement in your current role Highly adaptable, easily acclimating to rapidly changing business and industryGrowth mindset and view setbacks as learning opportunities, not failures Hardworking and goal-orientedInstinctively document the training, team-building, and sales process plays that work and share them with your colleagues to drive improvement across the organizationBuilds rapport with people easily, with a desire to build great customer experiencesAbility to effectively engage an audience, no matter the levelStrong business-writing, communication, and presentation skills (in-person, virtual, phone, etc.)Capacity to ensure quality work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlinesOperates day-to-day with a sense of urgency and excellenceWilling to travel as needed to meet with key accounts and stakeholdersExperience in a relevant industry (CPG, Marketing, Retail) is a plusPM21PI159990270
