Job Description A respected regional health system in the scenic Ozark Mountain region is seeking a BE/BC Rheumatologist to join a growing specialty program serving a large multi-county referral base. This is a physician-friendly opportunity offering a 4 - 4.5 day work week, excellent specialty support, and a strong primary care referral network. Total first-year compensation ~$480K. $325K guaranteed base. $35K sign-on $65K commencement bonus. $10K quality bonus midlevel supervision incentives. 4 - 4.5 day work week. Full benefits. Area offers beautiful mountain scenery, lakes, and easy access to several larger regional cities and airports. Hospital Employee . Loan Forgiveness available. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. Retirement plan provided.
