Job Description:
Find your calling at Mercy! Overview: Utilizes the nursing
process to provide patient care under the supervision of person(s)
licensed by a State regulatory board to prescribe medication and
treatment, or under the direction of a Registered Professional
Nurse (RN) . Maintains professional accountability for provision of
patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient
care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient
rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties
and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission,
values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details: 7p-7a,
including every other weekend and rotational holidays. Incentives:
- New Grad $2,000 Sign On Bonus - 1-2 years’ LPN experience Sign On
Bonus $5,000 - 3-4 years’ LPN experience Sign On Bonus $7,000 - 5
years’ LPN experience Sign On Bonus $10,000 - Education Assistance
- Tuition Reimbursement $2,000 per year - $30k in initial RN degree
assistance - Weekend Differential - Shift Differential for
qualifying hours between 3pm-7am - Weekend Option Days: WEO rates
weekend differential - Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates weekend
differential straight night shift differential - New Increased
Weekend Option Differential: $8.00 LPN - Day-One comprehensive
medical, dental & vision insurance - Employer-Matched Retirement
Funds Qualifications: - Education: Graduate of an accredited
practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for
comparable education experience and successful licensure.
Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining
a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing
duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing
requirements - Experience: Can be new or experienced LPN -
Certifications: - LPN-IV Certification issued by the Missouri State
Board of Nursing. - Basic Life Support certification through the
American Heart Association or successful completion of course
within 30 days of hire. 3C is a Surgical Unit which focuses on
adult post-operative orthopedic traumas and Neurosurgery. Here you
