will play a crucial role in providing daily support and care to our
residents. This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive
in a nurturing environment and are committed to improving the
quality of life for our elderly residents. Assist residents with
daily living activities including dressing, bathing, grooming, and
toileting as per their individual care plans Monitor and report
changes in residents' health, behavior, and needs to the
supervisory nursing staff Coordinate with healthcare providers to
ensure health maintenance and to manage healthcare plans Encourage
and support residents in participating in recreational and social
activities to promote wellbeing and happiness Ensure the
environment is safe and clean, adhering to all health and safety
policies and procedures Provide emotional support and companionship
to residents, promoting a positive and caring atmosphere Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in providing
personal care and hygiene Ability to work well in both
team-oriented and autonomous environments Empathy and patience with
elderly residents Basic understanding of safe patient handling
techniques Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k CPR and First Aid certification Certified Nursing
Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred,
but not required
