Springfield, MO Pay: $62,000-$66,500 annually (Determined by
education and years of experience) Schedule: We offer both
part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling
options designed to support a healthy work-life balance for our
therapist. About Us Children’s Emergency Shelter/Ozark Family
Resource Center provides essential therapeutic support to unhoused
children and adolescents in the foster care system. We aim to offer
a safe, secure, homelike setting, and nurturing environment to help
our clients thrive. OFRC shelters youth who: Need short-term
housing because of a family emergency or crisis. Have recently been
removed from the home for safety reasons. Are homeless or are
unsafely housed and not in foster care. Job Summary Our therapists
provide crucial comfort, stability, and safety to children and
adolescents during emotionally turbulent times filled with
uncertainties. Through individual and group therapy, they assist
clients in processing their emotions, coping with challenges, and
finding security, all while working collaboratively with our team
to improve overall care. In this role, you will benefit from:
