We are seeking a dedicated nursing professional to deliver
exceptional patient care by employing the nursing process. You will
be accountable for the care provided to your assigned patients and
will assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other
caregivers. Collaboration with various departments to coordinate

standards. Position Overview: Qualifications: Educational
Background: Must have completed a nursing program (Associate’s
Degree, Diploma, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing). Licensure: It
is your responsibility to secure and maintain a valid RN license in
the state of employment or under compact licensure, adhering to all
state nursing board regulations. Certifications: Basic Life Support
certification from the American Heart Association or successful
completion of the course within 30 days of employment. Depending on
the specific position or unit, additional certifications may be
required, or you may need to obtain them within a designated
timeframe: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NRP (Neonatal
Resuscitation Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) CPHON (Certified
Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
BLS (Basic Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work,
And Emotional Support) Six Assessment & Care Modules C-EFM (Fetal
Monitor Certification) Other unit-specific certifications as
necessary Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to
regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs. You should be prepared
for prolonged periods of standing and walking during shifts, as
well as the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
