Holds professional accountability for the care provided to assigned patients. Assesses the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other direct caregivers. Coordinates patient care in collaboration with various departments. Upholds patient rights and maintains confidentiality of patient information. Executes responsibilities in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications: Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment or compact licensure, meeting all state board of nursing requirements. Physical Requirements: Regularly requires the ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds. Involves prolonged standing and walking throughout each shift. Requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform job duties. Certifications: Must have Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or complete the course within 30 days of hire. Why Choose Us?
