Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to deliver exceptional

Smith & Surrounding Areas Type: Per Diem/Flexible RN Role Attention
Nurses! Incentives: $40/hour Base Rate Variable Shift Incentives
W-2 Employee Status Minimum of 1 shift every 90 days Shifts
available in 4, 8, or 12-hour formats Work When and Where You
Prefer! Day and Night shifts available in NICU Position Overview:
Are you looking for a flexible Registered Nurse position with
incentives? You can choose between day or night shifts based on
your preference! There are no mandatory weekend, holiday, or shift
commitments. Participation in the Gig Nursing Program requires you
to schedule a minimum number of hours, be available on short
notice, and remain flexible, as shifts may be canceled last minute.
Please note that the Gig Nursing Program does not guarantee shift
hours and will be prioritized for cancellations. Available
Locations: Rogers Community Hospitals: Berryville Departments
Seeking GIG RNs: Medical-Surgical Stepdown ICU Emergency Department
Women’s & Children’s Services Qualifications: Required Education:
Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program. Preferred
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Licensure: Must
obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of employment
and meet all state board of nursing requirements. Experience: At
least one year of recent bedside RN experience for Medical-Surgical
roles. For other specialties (ICU and Women’s Health), a minimum of
two years of recent bedside RN experience is required.
Certifications: For Medical-Surgical and Women’s Health (L&D,
NICU, M&B) - BLS certification required. For Critical Care -
BLS and ACLS certifications required. For Emergency Department -
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required. Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Epic software Physical Requirements: Ability to
push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Requires
prolonged standing and walking during each shift. Must be able to
grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform job duties.
