Position Overview: Full-Time (3-12 hour shifts)Nights (7 PM - 7 AM) Incentives for Experienced RNs: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Incentives for New RNs: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus About Our Rehabilitation Unit: Also referred to as Acute Rehab, ARU, or Inpatient Rehab, our rehabilitation nursing department provides a fulfilling career for nurses eager to utilize their clinical expertise, make a tangible impact on patients' lives, and work within a supportive healthcare team. We deliver comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients facing neurological and other medical challenges, particularly those who have experienced functional losses in daily activities, mobility, cognition, or communication. Common diagnoses include CVA, brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, hip fractures, joint replacements, and various neurological syndromes. Qualifications: Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment, adhering to all state board of nursing regulations. Physical Requirements: The role necessitates the ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Prolonged standing and walking are required during each shift, along with the capacity to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be required based on the specific position or unit, or must be obtained within the designated timeframe. Why Join Us?
